We understand that sometimes plans change. Because our pottery goes into production quickly after an order is placed, we have a short window for modifications and cancellations.
1. Order Modification (Changes to Items or Address)
We can usually accommodate modifications, but please act quickly!
- Time Window: You have up to 4 hours after placing your order to make changes.
- Process: Immediately Submit a Request and select the category "Modify Existing Order." Please include your order number and the exact change you need (e.g., swapping a Green Espresso Cup for a Coral one).
2. Order Cancellation (Full Order)
If you need to cancel your entire purchase:
- Time Window: You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to ensure a full refund.
- Why the rush? After 2 hours, our artisan team may have already started the pre-glazing or packing process.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations requested after the 2-hour window may incur a 10% restocking fee to cover initial material costs.
3. My Order Has Already Shipped—What Now?
If your order status shows "Shipped" and you need to cancel, you must proceed with our 30-Day Returns Process upon receiving the package.
