What To Do If Your Voucher is Lost, Expired, or Not Working

1. My Voucher Code Is Not Working

If you encounter an error when entering your 16-digit code, please verify the following:

• Expiration: Double-check the expiration date on your original confirmation email. Vouchers are valid for two years.
• Typo: Ensure there are no spaces or hyphens when entering the code. It must be entered exactly as displayed.
• Insufficient Balance: If the voucher only covers part of your total, ensure you are ready to pay the remaining balance with another method.

2. I Lost My Gift Voucher Email

If you have lost the email containing your unique 16-digit code, we can help!

• Required Information: Please ask the original purchaser to contact us with the following details: the date of purchase and the email address used for the transaction.
• Reissue: We can usually resend the original voucher email once we verify the purchase information.

3. My Voucher Has Expired—Can It Be Extended?

• Expired Vouchers: Our standard policy is strictly two years of validity.
• Exception: If your voucher expired within the last 30 days and was purchased directly from our website, please Submit a Request with the subject "Voucher Extension Request." We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
