Receiving Your Finished Masterpiece (Pickup and Shipping)

The firing process takes time, but the wait is worth it! Here is how you will receive your finished ceramics.

1. Firing and Processing Timeline

The full firing and glazing process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of your class. This ensures the structural integrity and quality of the porcelain.

2. Pickup Notification

You will receive an email notification when your piece is officially ready for pickup.

• Pickup Location: You must pick up your piece from the center where the workshop was held (Lisbon, Porto, or Aveiro).
• Time Limit: Finished pieces must be collected within 60 days of the notification email. Pieces left beyond this period will be donated.

3. Shipping Your Piece

If you are traveling or unable to return, we are happy to arrange insured shipping for your final piece.

• Shipping Fee: A standard fee of €15 applies for domestic (Portugal) shipping. International rates vary.
• Waiver: By requesting shipping, you agree to our standard Shipping Damage Policy.
