At Lisbon Kiln, we know the anticipation of receiving a unique, handcrafted porcelain piece is part of the joy! We use trusted, insured carriers to ensure your order arrives safely from our studio in Lisbon to your home.
1. Finding Your Tracking Number
Your tracking information is generated as soon as your order leaves the studio. You can find it in two places:
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Check the email with the subject line, "Your Cecile*M Order Has Shipped!" The tracking link will be prominently featured there.
- Your Account Page: If you have a Cecile*M account, log in and view your Order History. Click on the specific order number to see the current fulfillment status and tracking link.
2. Understanding Shipping Times
Because each piece is treated with care, our process includes a short handling time.

3. What to Do If Your Tracking Status Hasn't Updated
It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan and update the initial tracking status once it leaves our facility.
- If the status has not updated after 48 hours, please clear your browser cache and try the link again.
- If you encounter any error message or delay exceeding the estimated time above, please use the Web Widget to Submit a Request and select the category "Order Tracking Issue." We'll contact the carrier immediately.
