How to Buy, Use, and Check the Balance of Your Gift Voucher

Aura & Clay offers digital gift vouchers that can be used for online purchases, in-store retail, or to cover the cost of a workshop in any of our Magic Hub locations.

• Online Purchase: Vouchers are available in denominations of €50, €100, and €250.
• Delivery: The voucher and a personalized PDF are delivered instantly to the recipient's email address upon payment confirmation.

2. Redeeming Your Voucher (Online & In-Store)

Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

• Online: Enter the 16-digit voucher code during the checkout process in the "Apply Discount Code" field. The amount will be deducted from your total.
• In-Store: Simply present the digital voucher (on your phone or printout) to a staff member at any of our three centers (Lisbon, Porto, or Aveiro) at the time of payment.

3. Checking Your Current Balance

You can easily verify the remaining balance on your voucher at any time:

• In-Store: Ask any team member at one of our retail centers.
